City of York Council has launched a consultation on its proposals to improve sustainable travel through the city centre, known as the Rougier Route. The proposal is to make buses work better for residents and visitors by diverting through vehicle traffic away from the city centre and free up road capacity for walkers/wheelers, cyclists and buses.
Join the YCC Transport Group on Saturday, 6 December to explore the Rougier Route. Walking/wheeling tours will depart from SPARK, Piccadilly at 09:30 and 11:00. Join to:
